1. What IntelliPrompt provides

IntelliPrompt is an online workspace for writing AI prompts. You can enhance a prompt with AI, run it on several AI models and compare the answers, keep versions, organise prompts into folders, and publish prompts to a public community where others can like, save, comment on and fork them.

Answers are generated by third-party AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate, and you are responsible for checking them before you rely on them.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with a parent or guardian's consent.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share or sell accounts.
• Tell us at support@intelliprompt.lol if you think your account has been misused.

3. Plans and Pro passes

The Free plan includes 20 model runs and 5 AI enhancements a day. Pro includes 300 runs and 100 enhancements a day, longer answers and access to the top-tier models. Both plans are subject to a fair-use daily AI budget, which resets at 00:00 UTC. Current limits are shown on the pricing page.

Pro is sold as a one-time pass, paid in Indian rupees through Razorpay:

• Pro · 30 days: ₹499, giving Pro for 30 days from purchase.
• Pro · 365 days: ₹4,999, giving Pro for 365 days from purchase.

4. Duration and renewal

A pass is not a recurring subscription. It does not renew automatically and we never charge you again without you choosing to buy another pass. When the pass ends, your account returns to the Free plan and keeps all your prompts. If you buy a new pass while Pro is still active, the new days are added to the end of your current pass. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may change prices or plan limits for future purchases. A change never affects a pass you have already paid for.

5. Your content

You own the prompts and other content you create. Private prompts are visible only to you. When you publish a prompt, you allow other users to view, save, comment on and fork it within the Service, and you allow us to show it on public pages. You can unpublish or delete it at any time; copies that others have already forked remain theirs.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or that promotes violence;
• generate malware, spam, scams or content meant to deceive people;
• break the usage policies of the AI model providers we use;
• get around plan limits, for example with multiple accounts, scripts or automated access;
• interfere with, probe or overload the Service or other users' accounts.

We may remove content that breaks these rules.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. If we close your account without you breaking these terms, we will refund the unused part of an active Pro pass.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, supported AI models and providers may change, and there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, IntelliPrompt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated answers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email or in the app before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
